With over 30 m Candidates across India and spread mostly in Delhi & Mumbai.
It becomes a hectic job to find a candidate that fits your Company & at the same time is relevant to your job requirements but after finding him Recruiter also has to schedule interview with him Which is a very big problem in this industry as Interview turn up ratio is 6% - 25% and in most lucky days 45%
I was tasked to make a platform which enabled Employers do all that task while trying to convert him to paid user as soon as possible

Research
There's no other way to start a UCD process, than researching the user.
- Contextual Inquiry - We went to our existing clients and documented how they use current system, their expectations.
- In depth Interview - We talked to Employer about current state of Blue Collar recruitment industry & how we will be able to help them
Persona Defination
I introduced persona's to ease the process of decision making
Personas were created from discussions with stake holders about targeted user while analyzing current user database

Employer Should be find & shortlist Candidates most relevant to his Job Requirements and at the same time schedule interview Day & time with conformation from candidate.
I worked with Stake holder's to figure out the website structure. To come up with this Sitemap was a major task in itself as the product is complex in nature.

After defining Site Map i started with low fidelity wireframes to get feedback from all members of the team. Gradually

UI Design
Focus of platform is for User to complete his task of managing candidates and scheduling interview so we went on with simple design which focused on task, While our bigger plan was to make the design classy as aspired by our target user.
User Observation
After the platform was implemented we started observing user with help of Software like Inspectlet & Mixpanel.
Also we talked to Customer support Team on what are the problems faced by User and we implemented the changes.
